KARACHI RICKSHAW RIDE! – the view from artist Amin Gulgee’s custom made rickshaw with artist Naveed Sadiq (who shot the video). The rickshaw was created for Amin’s ‘Q Rickshaw’ project. The song is Malkaus by The Panthers a 1960’s Karachi rock band. This video was taken while I was on residency in Pakistan for Ecologies of Displacement a British Council funded collaborative residency with artist Farrukh Addnan and curator Sana Bilgrami.
